Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Rexume AI ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our subscription plans and services.

2. Subscription Plans

Rexume AI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The following refund terms apply based on the type of plan you have purchased:

  • Monthly Plans: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
  • Annual Plans: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription at our discretion.
  • Renewal Charges: Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund window (7 days for monthly, 14 days for annual plans).
  • The request must be made by the account holder associated with the purchase.
  • The account must not have violated our Terms of Service.
  • Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of a given plan. Repeat purchases of the same plan are not eligible.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Add-on credits or one-time feature purchases once consumed or used.
  • Subscription fees after the refund window has passed.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Promotional or discounted plans unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference number
  • Reason for the refund request

Send your request to: hello@rexume.in with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]".

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
